Abracanva is an AI art studio and print-on-demand service. By creating an account, generating images, or ordering products, you agree to these Terms & Disclaimers. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Abracanva.

Every image produced by Abracanva is an artistic AI creation. It is illustrative and for entertainment or creative purposes only. It is not a factual record, a prediction, or professional advice of any kind.

• Age & baby features (e.g. aging portraits, baby predictions) are playful artistic simulations — not real predictions of how anyone will look, and not medical, genetic or biological claims.
• Fitness & wellbeing imagery is an artistic visualization — not a fitness outcome, health result, or medical or nutritional advice.
• AI models can produce inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect results. Likenesses are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Abracanva is for creating original artwork. You may not use the service to generate, request, or reproduce content that infringes third-party rights, including trademarked or copyrighted characters, franchises, brands or logos (for example, requesting a well-known movie, comic, game or cartoon character).

To help enforce this, prompts referencing known trademarked franchises, characters or brands are automatically blocked before generation. This automated filter is a safeguard, not a complete list — you remain responsible for ensuring your creations are original and non-infringing.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and to any applicable third-party rights, you own the images you generate from your own inputs and may use them for personal and commercial purposes.

Some studios let you upload photos. You must have the right to use any photo you upload, and consent from any identifiable person in it. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and never upload photos of minors that are not your own children with your consent as their guardian.

• Uploaded photos are sent to Google Gemini (our AI generation provider) solely to produce your requested image, and are used to render your result and your personal gallery. We do not sell your photos.
• Retention — watermarked previews expire automatically after 7 days. The clean originals of your creations are kept while your account is active, so you can re-download HD files and reorder prints at any time.
• Deleting your data — you can delete individual creations from your gallery, or delete your entire account from Dashboard → Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your photos, generated images, points and personal details. Usage records are kept in anonymized form (no name, no email) for accounting and fraud prevention.
• Service providers — emails are sent via Resend (transactional only, no marketing without consent) ; anonymous product analytics run cookieless on PostHog (EU servers) — no advertising trackers, no data resale.

You are responsible for the prompts you write and the content you generate. You agree not to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive (including impersonation or misleading deepfakes), or that otherwise violates the rights of others or applicable law.

We may refuse, remove, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these terms.

Physical products (posters, canvas, apparel, accessories) are produced on demand and fulfilled through third-party print providers. Product previews and mockups are illustrative; printed colors, framing and sizing may vary slightly. Orders, shipping and returns are subject to the terms shown at checkout.

Generations and downloads are paid for with points. Points have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are non-transferable. Free points granted at signup and promotional points may expire or change. Pricing and paid point packs, where available, are shown before purchase.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For any question about these terms, contact us at hello@abracanva.com.
